The briefing
The reference labels Lummox County as originating in unofficial map material. Mount Kalaga is an officially introduced region, but that does not independently confirm every surrounding county name or town placement.

Reading the county map
County names, region names and neighborhood names describe different scales of place. This directory preserves the complete cited list without turning a community boundary estimate into an official survey. A Florida comparison explains an apparent inspiration; it does not imply that streets or distances match the real county.
Image context
The photograph is a released Mount Kalaga scene used to illustrate the broader setting. It is not a county boundary map or a dedicated image of every listed district.
