The person behind the name
Chop initially belongs to Lamar and spends much of the campaign with Franklin. He participates in early story events and also appears outside missions, giving Franklin’s home life a recognizable companion.
Franklin can walk Chop and play fetch. These interactions offer a slower activity between criminal jobs. Chop is a named animal character rather than a playable human protagonist, and his role should be distinguished from generic dogs encountered around the world.
