The person behind the name
Ron lives near Trevor in Sandy Shores and assists with his criminal business. His suspicion and nervousness contrast with Trevor’s aggression, producing a partnership in which the quieter person often handles preparation while the louder one forces events forward.
His appearances connect aircraft, airfields and the rural economy to Trevor’s missions. He is an operational associate, not a fourth playable story protagonist. His later GTA Online work belongs to that mode’s separate mission context.
