The person behind the name
Simeon operates Premium Deluxe Motorsport and employs Franklin and Lamar. His sales practices and demands place the pair in confrontations with customers, introducing the campaign through work that is presented as business but often depends on coercion.
The attempt to repossess Jimmy De Santa’s vehicle leads Franklin into Michael’s life. Simeon’s role is therefore especially important in the opening chapter: he supplies the job that brings two protagonists together, even though he cannot control its outcome.
