The person behind the name
Cal Hampton is Jason’s friend and another associate of Brian Heder. His official introduction places him at home with beer, a computer and Coast Guard radio communications. He is comfortable with a narrow, suspicious view of the world while Jason is searching for something larger.
The character reference identifies boatyard work and conspiracy theories as his occupations. Those details connect his personal habits with the smuggling environment around Brian’s Keys business. His relationship with Jason supplies a contrast between remaining within that circle and trying to move beyond it.
The cited performer identification is a community theory and remains labeled unconfirmed. Cal’s revealed role should be distinguished from an invented mission list or a claim that he is playable.
