The person behind the name
Phil Cassidy is associated with firearms, explosives and exaggerated military bravado. Tommy’s dealings with him expand the network of specialists available for criminal work. His confidence is part of his appeal and part of the danger of joining his plans.
The Malibu robbery strand connects Phil with a crew assembled for a substantial score. His own missions involve increasingly unsafe circumstances. His appearances elsewhere in the 3D universe should be read in their particular game and year rather than merged into one undated biography.
