The person behind the name
Diaz operates from a mansion on Starfish Island. His wealth, armed guards and volatile behavior make his position visible long before Tommy can challenge it. Working for him gives Tommy access to an organization that is both profitable and dangerous.
His relationship with Tommy and Lance is central to the campaign’s change of power. The mansion is more than a dramatic backdrop: it represents the resources and status that Tommy eventually seeks for himself. Read the mission chain in order to preserve the reasons behind their conflict.
