Use the individual database records alongside this guide to check the relevant edition, prerequisites and completion targets. A location, vehicle or activity can have different conditions in Story Mode and GTA Online.
This ranking restricts the comparison to motorcycles available in Story Mode. It uses fully upgraded top speed rather than the number of bikes in the larger Online catalog. The distinction matters because later multiplayer releases did not automatically enter Michael, Franklin and Trevor’s single-player garages.
A straight-line maximum also describes a different task from winning a race. Cornering, acceleration, traction and the route can change which bike is more useful, even when another model reaches a higher recorded speed. Use the motorcycle record to check acquisition and equipment, then compare the same upgrade conditions. The ranking is a way to identify fast Story vehicles, not a claim that every Online motorcycle or platform-specific performance upgrade is available in the campaign.
