A business ranking is only useful when its income types are separated. Nightclub popularity income is not the same as warehouse production, and an Arcade’s safe is not the same as the Diamond Casino Heist it unlocks. This 2023 comparison gathers nine business choices, but its older payout examples should be read with their publication context.
Start by asking what the purchase unlocks. A production property needs supplies and later a sale; an activity hub gives you missions to complete. Passive systems still require setup, ownership of related businesses or occasional management. A high sale value does not automatically mean a high net hourly profit.
Location changes travel time and can make a cheaper property less convenient. Include upgrades, supply purchases and sale preparation in the budget instead of comparing only building prices. When expanding, choose a business that fits the time between your existing jobs. That creates a usable routine instead of a collection of expensive buildings you rarely visit.
