The briefing
The snowy state appears in Prologue and Bury the Hatchet. It is a mission setting rather than an ordinarily accessible extension of the San Andreas free-roam map.
Region: Story mission region. This location belongs to the HD-universe setting used by GTA V; it should not be confused with the 3D-universe version of San Andreas.
