The briefing
The ocean surrounds the playable mainland and contains diving locations, marine animals and wrecks. Going beyond the world boundary eventually disables vehicles and prevents unlimited travel.
Region: San Andreas coastal waters. This location belongs to the HD-universe setting used by GTA V; it should not be confused with the 3D-universe version of San Andreas.
