The briefing
The July 2023 shortlist identifies eight roleplay communities: NoPixel India, SoulCity, Hydra Town, The Legends, SVRP, Legacy RP India, TwitchRP and Indian Roleplay Server. It is an editorial selection from that period, not a live ranking or a guarantee that every server still has the same access rules.
Joining depends on the server’s framework and application process. The source discusses FiveM and RAGE Multiplayer, with whitelisting handled through each community’s website or Discord. Hydra Town is specifically described as requiring participants to be at least 18. Language, roleplay rules and availability differ between communities.
Choose by the kind of character and play schedule you want to maintain, then read the current community rules before applying. A whitelist is a permission process rather than an automatic result of installing a launcher. These communities provide custom roleplay experiences and should be distinguished from ordinary official GTA Online sessions.
