The briefing
The June 2019 casino story began with changes outside the Vinewood building: the opening sign disappeared and construction props appeared. The article was first published on June 6 and subsequently noted Rockstar’s official casino announcement on June 13.
That sequence matters because the early report combined observed in-game changes with information attributed to community reporting. It did not announce the later Diamond Casino Heist, and a casino opening should not be described as an arcade or heist-planning unlock.
The accompanying weekly images document the changing entrance during the approach to opening. Read them as evidence of a staged reveal, rather than a complete list of the casino’s eventual games, membership benefits or property options. The casino and its later heist are separate releases in the archive.
