GTA V: Premium Online Edition packaged the full GTA V story with GTA Online and the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack. The April 2018 announcement covered PS4, Xbox One and PC.
The starter pack included GTA$1,000,000 and a selection of properties, vehicles, weapons and other items. The advertised GTA$12,000,000 value described the combined catalog value of that selection, rather than GTA$12,000,000 in cash deposited into the player’s account.
The original listed retail prices were US$79.99 for the physical console edition and US$84.99 on Steam. Those are historical launch figures. When comparing editions, distinguish included assets from cash and check the specific product’s current entitlement list before treating the package as identical across platforms or later releases.
