The November 21, 2025 preview introduced A Safehouse in the Hills as December’s Mansion-focused expansion. Prix Luxury Real Estate framed the new properties around large estates, personal assistance and business services. At that point it was an announcement, not a claim that the buildings were already purchasable.
The prelaunch VIP program had its own deadlines. Black Tier status through December 7 provided a free Übermacht Revolter with the Sessanta Nove Monogram livery at Luxury Autos. Completing all three New Listings missions reached Gold Tier and added GTA$1,000,000, a GTA$2,000,000 Mansion discount and the Black Rockstar Varsity Crewneck.
Those rewards were connected to the preparation event rather than permanent Mansion ownership rules. The same report included a free Master Penthouse and doubled Diamond Casino Heist finale rewards during its event window. Keep preview incentives, the eventual December release and the property’s normal purchase price distinct when reading the archive.
