The briefing
Published on December 11, 2018, this video announcement presents GTA Online "Arena War". It belongs to the original reveal and release sequence for that content.
Arena War places modified vehicles in competitive events at the Maze Bank Arena. Owning a workshop opens its vehicle customization system, but participation and the price of a specialized build are separate decisions.
The video is a presentation of the announced release. The linked game and activity guides provide the practical unlocks and rules; footage alone does not establish every setting or platform feature.
