The briefing
Title Update 1.07 introduced beta access to race and deathmatch creation on December 10, 2013. It also allowed eligible purchased vehicles to be sold and enabled running inside apartments and garages.
The good-sport payment increased from GTA$1,000 to GTA$2,000. Job rewards and team balancing were adjusted, and the notes described a 25% RP bonus for specified Free Aim activities. These were changes to that build, rather than one universal bonus on every later job.
Other corrections addressed character tattoos, vehicle visibility, respawning and exploit-related issues. The update combined a new creative tool with maintenance and economy tuning, so its Creator launch should not obscure the separate fixes in the original record.
