The briefing

The El Rubio Dossier teaser encouraged speculation about an island expansion, its geography and its criminal organization. The article examined brief frames for possible terrain, defenses and narrative connections, while acknowledging that the images could not support precise measurements.
A later update to the page identified the project as The Cayo Perico Heist and supplied the December 15 release date. Preserve both stages: the initial reading was a theory, and the later naming was confirmation. Guessed island size, country comparisons and possible mission contacts should not become factual map data merely because some part of the wider prediction proved correct. The final island and heist records provide the appropriate basis for playable locations, access and objectives.
