iFruit Radio was announced for December 12, 2019 with Danny Brown hosting and Skepta among the guests. Its initial selection contained 27 tracks and accompanied The Diamond Casino Heist update. The announcement named PS4, Xbox One and PC and described availability in both Online and Story Mode.
The playlist connected contemporary rap scenes rather than introducing another heist mechanic. Artist credits and track names therefore belong in the music directory, while the launch date locates the station within GTA V’s expanding radio history. A recording’s presence on the station does not mean its performer is a mission character. The archive preserves the musical identification without reproducing song lyrics or treating a launch playlist as a guarantee that every edition retains the same licensed recordings indefinitely.
