The briefing
Published 13 December 2022. This archival report describes the announcement and offers of that period; temporary rewards do not remain active indefinitely.
Los Santos Drug Wars introduced Dax’s Fooliganz, their Freakshop headquarters and the six First Dose missions. Ron’s call directs players to Liquor Ace in Sandy Shores. Completing the mission chain and obtaining laboratory equipment opens the Brickade 6x6 Acid Lab; Mutt handles its production, while the Manchez Scout C serves deliveries.
The update also connected ten completed Fooligan Jobs with the equipment upgrade. Its launch promotion doubled First Dose and Fooligan Job rewards through December 22. The Tahoma Coupe giveaway ran December 16–18. Those dated incentives were separate from permanent improvements such as solo Casino Story Missions, contact-list favorites and business operations launched through the Terrorbyte.
