The briefing
The Los Santos Summer Special trailer accompanied the August 2020 update. Its scenes promoted a collection of activities, vehicles and recreational additions rather than a new GTA V story chapter.
The release guide covers the practical additions, including Superyacht missions and race-related changes. This video records how the update was presented at launch; the individual activity records identify access conditions and objectives.
