The Tuners preview set July 20, 2021 as the launch date and placed the LS Car Meet in a Cypress Flats warehouse. Membership was announced at GTA$50,000, with reputation levels unlocking additional benefits and rotating Prize Ride challenges offering vehicles through specific results.
The new meeting space was intended to support social display, testing and competitive driving. Higher-level members could arrange a private takeover with customized presentation. These features are distinct from the Auto Shop business described in the final update. A membership fee does not purchase every new car or automatically win a Prize Ride. Use the later race and property records for the precise access and challenge rules once the preview’s promised systems became playable.
