The June 2019 preview described the Diamond as a new entertainment and luxury-living destination in Los Santos. Shopping, gaming facilities, concierge services and valet parking helped establish the intended venue before the fuller July announcement supplied its launch date and detailed activities.
At this stage, the report’s value was the confirmation of the casino project and its broad role in the city. It did not yet provide every membership fee, penthouse option or mission prerequisite. Later announcements should retain their own dates instead of being folded into this early teaser. The distinction makes the development of the venue easier to follow, from a construction-site promise to a playable casino, residential property and eventually the target of a separate heist update.
