Some details were predictions. The article speculated about how dealers might relate to the Acid Lab and Last Dose; those ideas should remain labeled as pre-release interpretation rather than confirmed mechanics. Powersurge and Issi Rally had already appeared, while the Classique Broadway was expected for the Valentine’s event at GTA$925,000 with a themed livery.
Later launch notices establish the actual order and requirements. Reading this as a February snapshot preserves the distinction between released vehicles, announced prices and uncertain systems still being investigated by the community.
