The June 2, 2023 reveal scheduled San Andreas Mercenaries for June 13. Charlie Reed’s Los Santos Angels would challenge Merryweather through private military work, including data theft, raids and attacks on valuable targets. The Mammoth Avenger was presented as the operation’s aerial command center.
The preview identified a new Operations Terminal and weapon upgrades, plus changes for Avenger and Hangar owners. It also announced broader storage and access options, including ways to use the Avenger without the older Facility-only ownership assumptions.
These were planned update features, not an instruction to buy every aviation property immediately. Check the final release record for costs, missions and required installations. The preview’s practical message was that existing aircraft owners would gain new work and that newcomers had more flexible ownership routes than earlier guides described.
