The briefing
Published 15 December 2021. This archival report describes the announcement and offers of that period; temporary rewards do not remain active indefinitely.
The Contract returned Franklin to GTA Online as the head of F. Clinton & Partner. Buying an Agency established the player’s business relationship with him, opening Security Contracts before additional work such as Payphone Hits. Dr. Dre’s missing recordings supplied the main VIP storyline.
Record A Studios added a music-centered destination, while new vehicles, weapons and Agency facilities broadened the update beyond a single mission chain. Security Contracts, the Dre investigation and Payphone Hits are different job systems with different access conditions. The December 15 launch rotation also included temporary bonuses. Keep those offers separate from the permanent Agency features when deciding what must be owned or completed to reach a particular assignment.
