The casino thank-you promotion recognized players who participated in the grand-opening period from July 23 through August 3, 2019. The listed package combined GTA$250,000 with the Ash Diamond Hoodie and Diamond Casino & Resort wall art.
The clothing and decoration were offered through the Casino Store, while the cash gift had a delivery deadline of August 11. That delay matters when interpreting old reports of a missing deposit: qualifying for a promotion and receiving its payment were not necessarily simultaneous. The offer was separate from winning chips or buying a penthouse. This record preserves the appreciation campaign’s eligibility window and rewards; it does not describe a recurring login payment or a gift available indefinitely to every later casino visitor.
