The briefing
Published 7 June 2022. This archival report describes the announcement and offers of that period; temporary rewards do not remain active indefinitely.
The possibility of Michael entering GTA Online was speculation in this June 2022 article. Franklin’s comments in The Contract and the film references in The Vespucci Job Remix were discussed as clues, alongside other community observations.
Those details make an interesting theory because Michael’s Story Mode ambitions involve Solomon Richards and film production. They did not, by themselves, announce a mission pack or guarantee a release date. An archive should preserve the theory in its original period and distinguish a reference to a character from an appearance by that character. Later confirmed developments belong to their own dated records; they should not be used to make this earlier rumor look like an official announcement made years in advance.
