The briefing

Title Update 1.01 opened GTA Online on October 1, 2013 for PS3 and Xbox 360 owners of GTA V. It paired the multiplayer launch with corrections to the single-player game.

Story fixes covered phone-internet interface problems, the Vanilla Unicorn becoming inaccessible, negative money states and Epsilon mission progression after vehicle deliveries. The patch also addressed the Atomic Blimp contact and missing saved vehicles or upgrades.

This record marks the initial separation between GTA V’s September story release and Online’s October opening. Its story corrections and multiplayer access change were distinct parts of one update, before the later patches that focused on the new Online service’s saving and connection problems.
