The briefing
Title Update 1.09 was released on January 11, 2014 for PS3 and Xbox 360. Its published notes identified improved anti-cheat measures and corrections to GTA$ and RP exploits.
This was a short maintenance notice, with no new vehicle, property or job system announced in the record. The fixes describe that early Online build rather than a current list of every exploit or protection mechanism.
