The July 23, 2019 casino update replaced the old Vinewood Casino frontage with the Diamond Casino & Resort. The venue introduced chip-based table games, slots, Inside Track and the Lucky Wheel, while a Master Penthouse supplied a customizable residence and associated benefits.
New vehicles, missions and collectibles accompanied the destination. The patch’s different systems should be read separately: membership supports casino access, the penthouse expands the player’s relationship with the venue, and a rotating podium prize uses its own reward mechanism. Availability of gambling features can depend on region. The Casino Heist arrived later and is not part of this original venue launch. The notes preserve the first casino package before subsequent updates changed its story and activities.
