The briefing

The February 24, 2015 schedule update set Online Heists for March 10 and moved GTA V’s PC release to April 14. The PC date in this notice superseded an earlier March target.

Rockstar described the heists as cooperative, multipart robberies with preparations and specialized roles. PC was intended to include the heists and GTA Online at launch, while its release work continued.

The announcement also offered an additional GTA$200,000 in Online cash to PC preorder customers as part of the delay notice. That was a dated entitlement rather than a standing reward for purchasing any later edition. Keep this revision in the release chronology instead of using an older target as the final PC launch date.
