GTABase launched MyBase in November 2019 as a way for users to record GTA Online properties and vehicles, arrange their garages and show a collection to other people. Privacy and profile-customization options were part of that presentation.
The tool addressed the difficulty of remembering a large collection spread across many storage properties. Its records were maintained through the website rather than being an official Rockstar garage-management function. A private inventory can be useful even when it is never shared, while a public profile adds a showcase function. The article documents that external fan service’s launch and period capacity claims; it does not establish a new GTA Online property limit or imply that entering a vehicle on a website grants ownership in the game.
