The briefing
The August 2013 edition preview detailed digital extras for GTA V’s Special and Collector’s Editions. Named weapons included the .50 Caliber Pistol, Bullpup Shotgun and Hammer, alongside character clothing and tattoo additions.
The announcement also described a 20% discount for the protagonists in the relevant stores and showed the Khamelion as an Online Collector’s Edition vehicle. Those benefits were tied to the named edition package, rather than to every standard copy of the original release.
When comparing the packages, separate story-character items from the Online character and vehicle benefits. The source’s original entitlement list records the launch arrangement; availability in later versions can differ, so it should not be treated as a current exclusive-item list.
