The briefing
Published 21 November 2019. This archival report describes the announcement and offers of that period; temporary rewards do not remain active indefinitely.
MyBase’s first follow-up update responded to feedback after the launch of GTABase’s garage tracker. The report described rapid registration and users building personal collections, then outlined usability changes intended to make the service easier to organize.
This is reference-site history rather than a Rockstar title update. The service records the vehicles and properties a user chooses to enter, while the actual game remains the authority on ownership, storage and purchases. A useful garage list helps distinguish similar models and remember where a vehicle belongs, but it should not be mistaken for direct control of an in-game account. Read the changelog as improvements to a fan-maintained catalog and its interface, keeping its registration figures tied to the original 2019 report.
