The briefing
Published 4 March 2022. This archival report describes the announcement and offers of that period; temporary rewards do not remain active indefinitely.
The March 2022 details distinguished Fidelity, Performance and Performance RT modes. Fidelity targeted 30 frames per second with the highest image quality; Performance targeted 60. Performance RT on PS5 and Xbox Series X combined a 60-frame target with supported ray-tracing features and upscaled output.
The report also explained routes for moving Story saves and eligible Online progress. Transferring a campaign save and migrating a multiplayer character are different procedures, and currency rules can depend on the original platform. A graphics-mode description does not establish migration eligibility. Use the support instructions for the account and edition involved, and preserve a usable source save before relying on a launch-era description of how the process works.
