Operation Paper Trail introduced new assignments involving Agent ULP. Alongside the storyline, the announcement promised practical improvements to existing businesses and the broader Online experience. This mattered to established characters because their current properties could receive new uses without requiring an entirely separate career. The trailer is a preview of that expansion; release-day patch notes provide the stronger reference for which features arrived immediately and which vehicles or events followed later.
