The summer-update discussion combined Rockstar’s public information with community reporting attributed to alloc8or and Tez2. An extension of the active event to July 26 was treated as evidence about release timing, after players had expected July 19.
Weapons, vehicles, extra storage and activities were among the subjects discussed. The important distinction is evidentiary: a publisher announcement confirms a plan, while datamined material and scheduling clues can indicate possibilities without proving their final form. This report belongs to the period before The Criminal Enterprises launched. Later patch notes and vehicle records should be used for final availability and specifications, rather than turning a pre-release estimate into a retrospective claim that every detail had already been officially confirmed.
