The briefing
This September 2023 report concerns a Japan-focused GTA Online community event running August 31–September 7. Participating Japanese streamers were assigned a four-day set of challenges, with a GTA$2,000,000 player reward tied to completing the event’s community objectives.
A separate cargo challenge asked Japanese players to sell a combined GTA$300,000,000 of Smuggler Cargo for a GTA$500,000 reward. The combined community target is not an amount every individual player had to earn, and it should not be confused with the streamer challenge’s reward.
Eligibility and distribution were governed by the regional promotion. This archive preserves those dated targets and amounts rather than presenting them as an active worldwide giveaway. Read the linked official Newswire for the original regional terms when comparing this event with other GTA Online community challenges.
