The briefing
Published 22 July 2019. This archival report describes the announcement and offers of that period; temporary rewards do not remain active indefinitely.
The original Diamond Program linked promotional status to casino participation. A Master Penthouse supplied Silver status and associated items; finishing the second story mission, House Keeping, advanced the Gold stage. Completing five Casino Work assignments for Agatha Baker supplied the Platinum requirement.
Higher status and specific mission participation also connected to further rewards described in the launch program. These promotional tiers are distinct from the ordinary Standard and VIP membership labels used by the venue. Owning the penthouse, hosting a story mission and completing Casino Work are not interchangeable actions. Preserve the July 2019 timing and the exact trigger for a tier when comparing eligibility, rather than assuming a later casino owner automatically receives all gifts from the opening event.
