The September 2013 companion-app release paired iFruit with the GTA V digital manual. iFruit included Los Santos Customs functions for vehicle orders and custom plates, plus a Chop activity connected with Franklin’s dog.
The vehicle feature let players prepare customization orders outside the game and collect them through the in-game garage process. Chop’s care activities formed another app system, rather than a new protagonist or a standalone GTA mission.
The digital manual supplied a portable reference to controls, features and the world map. These are historical app functions from the original launch period. The announcement does not establish that the original iFruit service remains downloadable or supported on a current phone.
