The announced private-session change allowed VIPs, CEOs and MC Presidents to carry out business work without entering a public lobby. Invite-only, crew and friend sessions therefore became practical options for owners who wanted to manage production and sales with fewer interruptions.
The preview also described faster Mechanic deliveries and Low Grip Tires for vehicles accepted at the LS Car Meet. These changes addressed different problems: session access affects the environment in which a business operates, while tire options change vehicle handling and customization. The July 26 release was the point at which the promised changes were due to take effect. Consult the final patch record for the exact implementation rather than treating every preview sentence as a separate new activity.
