The briefing
Acid Lab (The Freakshop) provides a large vehicle properties location. The reference lists a base purchase price of GTA$750000.
Mobile headquarters such as the MOC, Avenger, Terrorbyte and Kosatka combine transport or storage with specialized command facilities. Their available missions and workshops differ, and some require another property first.
Buy for the specific function you want: a command terminal, supported vehicle workshop or heist planning room. A shared label as a large vehicle does not imply identical storage or mission access.
Prices here are reference base figures. Optional renovations, eligibility, platform differences and temporary discounts can alter the amount displayed in the game; check the checkout screen before buying.
