After photographing the mosaics, meet the artist and complete the final encounter.
Encounter area: Near the Los Santos Customs in Burton (Available after photographing all 50 monkey mosaics).
Only fourteen different random events are needed for Story 100%. Several events depend on the character, time or current story state; a missing encounter can be retried after returning later.
Map context
The illustration is the numbered random-event location map from the guide. It is used to locate the encounter area, rather than presented as an event screenshot.
