The briefing
Return to the dealership during the narrow period when Simeon’s encounter is available.
Encounter area: Adam's Apple Boulevard and Power Street, Strawberry (Only for Michael or Franklin, available only between Friend Request and The Jewel Store Job ).
Only fourteen different random events are needed for Story 100%. Several events depend on the character, time or current story state; a missing encounter can be retried after returning later.
Map context
The illustration is the numbered random-event location map from the guide. It is used to locate the encounter area, rather than presented as an event screenshot.
