The briefing
The NPC analysis builds on Red Dead Redemption 2’s acknowledgement and dialogue systems. It examines previews of spontaneous incidents, people reacting to the protagonists and social-media activity, arguing that the population could play a more active role than background scenery.
This is an interpretation of the demonstrated direction, not proof that every resident follows an unlimited simulation. Personality, density, interaction and scripted events are different questions. The value of the report is its attention to how the world responds, with the final consistency and variety still awaiting release testing.
