The briefing
The 2021 concept essay imagines an 1980s Vice City crime story using the earlier Project Americas rumor as a starting point. The source explicitly says it has no insider knowledge and frames the narrative as entertainment rather than a leak.
The official GTA VI setting is modern Leonida, so the imagined period and storyline should not be presented as the revealed campaign. This archive preserves the fan concept’s historical context while keeping Jason and Lucia’s actual introductions separate.
