The briefing
The 2020 design feature proposes Vice City, Las Venturas, Chicago, Washington DC and Scotland as possible settings, pairing the discussion with independently created logo ideas. The cities are creative prompts rather than information obtained from Rockstar.
Vice City later became part of the announced setting, but that does not make the other concepts abandoned official plans. Fan design belongs in its own context. The official artwork gallery instead uses Rockstar’s published identity and imagery.
