During the February 6, 2025 earnings discussion, Take-Two continued to list GTA VI for Fall 2025. Strauss Zelnick expressed confidence while acknowledging that a schedule could still slip.
The statement records the company’s guidance at that moment. Later official delays replaced it first with May 2026 and then November 2026. Investor guidance and later publisher announcements should therefore be read in date order, rather than treated as contradictory current release dates.
