Published in September 2026, that makes 2027 the reported possibility, while Rockstar’s GTA VI product information continues to present the November release as single-player.
A third-party remark is not an official multiplayer launch date. The reference also leaves progress transfers, returning-player benefits and the product’s final structure unresolved. Existing GTA Online remains a separate service; purchases and progress there should not be assumed to transfer to an unannounced successor.
